REGISTRATION

At least one author of each accepted paper needs to register and attend the conference for presentation to get their abstract included in the program and abstracts book. Each registered author can present one paper at maximum. The registration fee given below covers:
  • Participation to all sessions
  • Conference bag and conference material(*)
  • Certificate of presentation/participation
  • Abstracts Book in soft format
  • Name tag and strap(*)
  • Coffee breaks(*)
  • Lunches for two days (Wednesday and Thursday)(*)
  • Dinners for two days (Wednesday and Thursday)(*)
(*): Available to onsite participants only.

*The scanned copy of the school ID card must be sent to icame@balikesir.edu.tr together with the payment receipt.

Listener/Accompanying Person: Those who are intending to physicallly attend the conference without a paper (including co-authors) must also register and pay the Listener/Accompanying Person fee (50 EURO per day) latest by the "Registration Deadline".
The listener/accompanying person registration covers; participation to session(s) on the registered day(s), conference bag and conference material, certificate of participation, abstracts book in soft format, name tag and strap, coffee breaks on the registered day(s), lunch(es) on the registered day(s), dinner(s) on the registered day(s).

The committee reserves the right to adjust the fees in response to any global developments.
