Book of Abstracts

All abstracts presented at the conference will be published in the official Abstracts Book.

At least one author must be registered by the late registration deadline for inclusion in the final program and the Abstracts Book.

Full-Text Publication Opportunities

Authors presenting at ICAME'26 will be invited to submit extended full-text papers after the conference. Detailed submission guidelines will be shared by the committee.

Journal Publications

The committee is in the process of making agreements with prestigious SCIE journals to publish a selection of high-quality papers focussed on a specific theme. The criteria to be selected for a special issue strictly subject to the aim and scope of the corresponding journal. Each journal has its own submission procedure and the authors must respect to its journal guidelines. The papers will go through a standard peer-reviewing and the final decision will be given by the journal editors.

The authors of the high-quality papers selected by the committee are welcome to submit their original work to the ongoing special issue organized by the journal.

Selected high-quality papers will be invited to submit extended versions to a Special Issue dedicated to ICAME'26.

A special discount (~50%) on article processing charges will be available for ICAME'26 participants.

Full-text book chapters will be published by international publishers.

Full-text papers will be published in an ISBN-registered proceedings volume following peer review.
