Travel to Burhaniye

Burhaniye is a coastal town and district of Balikesir Province in the Aegean region of Turkey. The district is located on the Aegean coast and is known for its olive oil.
Burhaniye has a port and a museum of archeology. The conference venue is a 10 min drive to the Koca Seyit Airport (EDO) which has direct flights from Istanbul. Majority of the coach travel agencies also provide opportunities to travel to Burhaniye from major cities like Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, Bursa and Balikesir. Participants can also drive to the town using their own cars.
Some commonly used bus routes are Izmir-Burhaniye (about 2 hours) and Istanbul-Burhaniye (about 8 hours).
