REGISTRATION

Note that registration is mandatory to get talks included in the conference program. To register, you must follow the steps given below:
  • Pay the conference registration fee
  • Complete the registration form (given below)
At least one author of each accepted paper needs to register by the "Late Registration Deadline" and attend the conference for presentation to get their abstract included in the program and abstracts book. Each author can present three papers at maximum. One registration fee covers two papers, the additional cost of the third paper is 50 Euro (equivalent to 150 Turkish Liras). The registration fee given below covers:
  • Participation in all sessions
  • Conference bag and conference material (including abstracts book)
  • Name tag and strap
  • Coffee breaks
  • Lunches for three days (27-29 June, 2018)
  • Gala Dinner on Wednesday, 27th June, 2018
  • Dinner on Thursday, 28th June, 2018

Those who are intending to attend the conference without a paper (including co-authors) must also register and pay the Listener/Accompanying Person fee by the Late Registration Deadline.

REGISTRATION FORM

Each attendant needs to complete this form and pay the registration fee to attend the conference. If you are presenting a paper, you will need your abstact reference number and the title of your presentation to complete the form.

You will receive a confirmation email reporting the responses you entered. You will have the opportunity to return and edit your responses clicking on the "EDIT RESPONSE" link in the confirmation email.
